Which Platforms Is Underkeep On? (2026)

The Windows release of Underkeep is scheduled for 5 November 2026 on Steam and GOG; both stores still marked it forthcoming when checked. A Switch version is planned for early 2027. PlayStation, Xbox, Android, Mac, and Linux are not listed.

Windows, and the version clash

Steam lists Windows 7, 8, or 10 (64-bit) and higher. GOG lists Windows 10 or higher. I am leaving both sentences in the table on the requirements page instead of picking a winner. GOG also says the build is DRM-free, can be installed offline, and does not need GOG Galaxy.

Languages

Both stores list seven languages: English, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Czech, Polish, and Russian. Steam marks interface support only, leaving full-audio and subtitle columns empty; GOG marks audio and text. The October developer post confirms professional intro/outro narration but does not establish full voice acting in every language. The 3 November countdown instead says English plus five additional languages (six total), which conflicts with the seven named store rows. The French interface is why a search for a French build still lands on this Windows release.

Deck and cloud

The Steam listing has no Steam Deck compatibility field, and the tuxDB row for this app is empty. I write “no rating yet” and I do not borrow Proton reports that were not on the page. The developer FAQ says GeForce NOW is chosen by Steam, not by the studio, so cloud play stays unconfirmed.

Questions

Is Underkeep on Android?

No. The store listings are Windows only. There is no phone build.

Is Underkeep on PS5 or Xbox?

No PlayStation or Xbox version is listed. The console plan that exists is Nintendo Switch in the first quarter of 2027.

Does it have full controller support?

The sources disagree. Steam marks Partial Controller Support. The studio site and the press release say full controller support.
